Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
AERIN JEWEL offers shipping via USPS.
Orders usually ship within 1-5 business days. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible as many of our items may be made to order. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday.
Once a shipment leaves our facility it is in the hands of the USPS and we have no control over the delivery time.
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking # so you are able to track the package yourself.
We are not responsible for orders where the address given to us is incorrect. No refunds will be issued if the address you gave us is incorrect and/or your package is subsequently lost. If we do receive it back we can either reship it out to you with additional shipping costs, or refund you for the shipment. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages that according to tracking say they have been delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping within the USA:
We offer free USPS shipping for orders $50 or more anywhere in the USA. You have the option to choose expedited shipping at your own cost at checkout.
International Shipping:
For shipping locations outside of the USA, we do not offer free shipping and shipping will be calculated for your order at checkout.
For international orders, shipping times can take longer. Once a shipment leaves our facility it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service, then Customs and the Postal Service of the destination country. We have no control over the delivery time.
Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes for shipments that your country may impose on these products. We are not responsible for abandoned or refused packages due to nonpayment of duties or taxes. Only if we receive the package back, we will refund you.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns on any mask or mask accessory including mask necklaces. For all other items to be returned, they must be in their original packaging and it must be within 30 days of the original sale date. We cannot accept returns over 30 days from your purchase date.
If you chose to return non-mask related items, please email us at: sales@aerinjewel.com to start the return process. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds on returns. Your refund issued will only reflect the merchandise, not the original shipping charges, if applicable. Unless it was our error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any return shipments that we do not receive back or are damaged or missing merchandise.
